Register of money orders issued at the Post Office at Hamilton, White Pine County, Nev., 1873-1878.

Register book for postal money orders with dated entries containing the names and residences of payers and payees, the amount tendered, and the fee received. Each day's transactions are totaled. Also includes two Post Office circulars (Circular R, and No. 76) attached to the inside front cover and first page providing instructions for submitting reports and revised forms to be used. One entry shows that a money order was purchased by [General] W.S. Rosencrans living in Cherry Creek, Nev. on Sept. 14, 1874.

Fuller was born in Mass. on Aug. 13, 1787. He moved to N.Y. (State) where he served as a member of the N.Y. Assembly and Senate. In 1837 he moved to Adrian (Mich.), where he served as a Representative from Lenawee County and Speaker of the House, 1841. Fuller also served as Assist. Postmaster under Pres. Harrison.
